1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Learnly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service is
Learnly is a free practice platform for IGCSE mathematics. It provides adaptive practice questions, mark-scheme-aligned feedback, and progress tools for students, parents, teachers, and institutes. The limits of that — it is not a school and not an awarding body — are set out in full on the Legal & Regulatory page.
3. Free to use
Learnly is free for individual students and teachers — no card, no trial period, and no paid tier. If that ever changes we will give existing users reasonable notice first, and any institute commitments already agreed will be honoured for the period agreed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the platform, automate access in ways that disrupt service, abuse other users, or impersonate teachers, parents, or institute coordinators. Sharing your account credentials with someone else is also a violation.
5. Content disclaimers
Many of our questions and explanations are AI-generated. Questions eligible to be served must carry an approval status, and the authoring pipeline includes automated structural and, where supported, mathematical checks. Public lesson pages pass a publication-schema check. Historic approved questions do not all carry a per-item verification audit record, so approval is not a claim of independent verification or qualified-teacher review, and errors are still possible — how our question checks work. Mark schemes shown on the platform are reference material, not authoritative awarding-body output. When in doubt, consult your teacher.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk. You can close your own account at any time by emailing support.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is and free of charge, with no warranty. Learnly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Contact and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions, support, and disputes: support@learnly.ae.
