1. What Learnly is
Learnly is a practice and revision platform for IGCSE mathematics. It provides practice questions, feedback on answers, progress tracking, and reporting tools for students, parents, teachers, and institutes. It is a supplementary study tool, used alongside a school, tutor, or teacher — not in place of one.
2. What Learnly is not
- Learnly is not a school and is not licensed, permitted, or registered as an educational institution by KHDA (Dubai), ADEK (Abu Dhabi), the UAE Ministry of Education, or any other education regulator.
- Learnly is not an accredited awarding body and is not accredited by any awarding body, examination board, or accreditation authority.
- Learnly issues no accredited qualification. Nothing earned on the platform — progress, mastery levels, badges, certificates of completion, or reports — is a formal qualification or carries any academic credit or recognition.
- Learnly does not enter students for examinations, does not register candidates with any exam board, and does not issue official results.
3. Exam boards and trademarks
Learnly is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by Pearson. Edexcel is a registered trademark of Pearson Education Ltd.
Any other exam board, awarding body, syllabus, or specification name that appears on the platform is the property of its respective owner and is used only to identify which syllabus a piece of content is aligned to. Use of those names does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, approval, or partnership.
4. Content and mark schemes
Practice questions and explanations on Learnly are written by us. Questions eligible to be served must carry an approval status, and the authoring pipeline includes automated structural and, where supported, mathematical checks. Public lesson pages pass a publication-schema check. Historic approved questions do not all carry a per-item verification audit record, so approval is not a claim of independent verification or qualified-teacher review, and errors remain possible. The material is our own, not past-paper content reproduced from an awarding body. Mark schemes and marking guidance shown on the platform are reference material we have authored to mirror the style of the specification; they are not authoritative awarding-body output. Where the two differ, the awarding body's published material governs.
5. Company status
Learnly is an early-stage product developed in the United Arab Emirates and available online. There is no incorporated legal entity behind it yet, so we do not publish a trade licence number or a registered address. We will publish both here as soon as they exist. A named founder is accountable in the meantime — who builds Learnly, and where it stands.
6. Data handling and enquiries
What data we collect, where it is hosted, who can see it, children's data and parental consent, and your rights over your data are all set out in the Privacy Policy. The rules that apply when you use the platform are in the Terms of Service.
